Saratoga Honda Service

My 9 year old Pilot came due for A1 service and state inspection. Saratoga Honda handled it quickly and professionally. I was back in the road in no time! The cost was lower than I expected and the waiting area is quite comfortable. I am very happy that I chose to go to my local dealer for this service visit. I have peace of mind that my ride is good to go again!

Every time I'm here to get something done to my vehicle, I'm always satisfied with the service. They take their time and make sure you understand everything and if you have a question they are more than happy to assist. I recommend coming here for anything. This is the first place I honestly feel comfortable taking my vehicle for service.

Jesse gave exceptional service. She took care of every detail. She made sure I got a loaner car. She was very kind and kept me updated over 5 days it took to complete the repairs. The mechanic chose not to use a part he decided I didn't need to replace. Saved me over $1000. So happy with the results of this repair.

Service is excellent from beginning to end. Same day service, a thorough review of car maintenance with suggested repairs. Everyone working with courtesy and efficiency while the snack bar provided snacks while waiting. If waiting for repair was lengthy, they provided an opportunity for a ride home and offered to be picked up when repairs were completed. They also honor veterans with a service discount for repairs done. Very good experience as a customer.

Saratoga Honda has to be the cleanest most friendly service area I have ever been to in my last 50 years Snacks, Drinks, and good coffee. But best of all is how friendly the whole service team was. car was done when promised was advised about any upcoming issues. Lots of Honda shops around but none better than Saratoga Honda.
