Edit- These clowns called my girlfriend and her father this morning to harass them about our reviews. Absolute embarrassment. Supremely unprofessional and dishonest. Fails to take accountability for their lack of ability and unsurprisingly will call women pet names while doing so. Get it together. Take your vehicle elsewhere. An embarrassment to say the least. If you need proof, just look at the laundry list of excuses they make when given a poor review. They do not take responsibility for their poor service and point the finger at the customer every time. And do not call my girlfriend "dear."

EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: We did not take it to any mechanic prior to bringing it to Sarks. I did not call Kia until after your business tried to overcharge me by $300+. Replacing the bulbs at Kia did not involve removing the front of the car and I apologize that your techs didn't know that. The receptionist even told us what app they were using to figure out how to do the job, and that the labor hours suggested by this app were always more than necessary. You can lie to the public and to Google, but you will not lie to me. Your lack of professionalism and expertise is very clear in your other responses to unhappy customers. Lastly, I am not your dear. I called Sarks' needing my headlight bulbs changed after a recommendation from my father. I arrived with the bulbs in hand and I called ahead of time to make sure they were able. After I spent 30 minutes watching a mechanic scroll his phone to figure out how to change a lightbulb, I was informed that to change my bulbs, they would need to remove the front end of my car? I was quoted for FOUR HOURS of labor, and a price tag of $450. Did I mention I supplied the parts? I laughed out loud and told them to give me my keys. I called Kia of Greenville and they got me in the same day. They charged me $75 and it took 90 minutes from arrival, to processing payment. There are absolutely NO excuses for a price difference that drastic other than bad business and blatantly ripping people off. Bottom line: take your vehicle somewhere else.

I was going to Sarks for about a year and really thought they were taking good care of my car. Unfortunately, that was not the case. They will charge you for issues they caused, perform rushed work, and leave your car unsafe to drive without ever communicating there may be an issue. I wouldn’t even recommend going for a tire rotation.

I was going to only them. My second time going got an oil change and now my whole car is rattling bad and check engine is on for first time. Wanted to bring in but was already warned I might be charged a $110 fee to see what’s wrong with it understand but I won’t be charged twice for bad service. As previously mentioned in sarks reviews I will be going to precision auto tune across the street. Will update on progress. Apt for Thursday. Also was supposed to have all fluid’s topped off. Coolant empty and washer fluid empty. Power steering fluid ran out on me. So they only did oil change and did it wrong. Update: wrong filter and they messed something else up. Oil change cost over $300 in end.

Before going to Sarks, the previous mechanic told me getting my starter replaced would be an 8 hour job and refused to do it. Sarks got it done in 2 hours with phenomenal customer service and a great manager.
