Had my S60 for a brake pad and rotor replacement, excellent work by Linda and Mike. They did go over in detail on what the issues were and suggested fixes. Excellent option if you want to avoid the overpriced showroom costs. I personally felt the labor charges were a bit expensive, other than that it was great experience. Time: 1.5 days (Brake and rotor replacement + 80,000 mile service)

Got my S90 repaired earlier this year. The staff are super knowledgable, helpful and willing to provide different options with pros & cons explained to you. I can also tell they have a great passion for Volvo cars. I can fully trust them due to their expertise and passion.

Great group of people!! Took my 850 turbo in to diagnose a check engine code I had and they got to the bottom of the issue. Ordered the parts I needed, did the work on my own and problem solved. A little on the pricey side but experience doesnt come free and what isn't expensive around here these days??? Def coming back here again for anything beyond my skill set EDIT 7/1/24 I guess I can't add a second review but they did it again! I could not find the blower motor resistor for my ecc 850 despite calling multiple dealers/checking all the major volvo retailers and placing a pelican parts order that said in stock only for them to call me and say the part was discontinued. I don't know how but Scandia was able to source me the part with a different pn and it worked! New blower fan blows and is AC is running ice cold again. I am the kind of guy to diy but there are times you need to call in an expert to pinpoint the problem vs tossing parts and this is the place. Got a list of parts to replace and I'm fairly confident I'll be going for another 10 years problem free with good maintenance. While I personally can't afford the labor rate they charge it is worth it knowing things will be done correctly and likely better than any dealership. $1700 in parts later from fcp euro with lifetime warranty and my 850 will be pretty much at stage 0, while I declined the labor there was no pressure what so ever to say yes and having worked for Polestar/Volvo that is not the norm and much appreciated!

First time using this shop for my 2018 XC90. Linda is super nice and very responsive to my questions about pricing and scope of service when I was scheduling my appointment. I requested to get an early morning appointment so I could be the first customer of the day and get the car worked on quickly. Linda accommodated my request, and it only took them ~2 hours to complete a 60K mile service for me. With the fast and wonderful customer service, plus a much more reasonable price compared to the dealership price, I highly recommend Scandia Auto Service if you have a Volvo.
