This isn't a matter of impoliteness, as I never encountered any such issue. The real problem lies within poor time management and the dishonesty regarding timelines given to clients. I had an accident January 27th and was told my car will be ready by February 18th and it’s now March 22th and I still don’t have my car. I own an imported car and I fully comprehend the potential delays when waiting for a part. However, even after my part arrived 3-4 weeks ago, I am still without my car. I was told it’ll ready last week, a week that has since passed. This week, I chose not to pester them until today, only to call for an update and learn that my car looking to be ready next week. It's unbelievable that it takes 3-4 weeks to paint a car, as that was the last update I received before today's call. I vow never to return to this place, and it's disheartening that Geico refers their customers here, fully aware of these issues from this place and with the combined timeline you have for Geico rental coverage, it’s a no brainer the rental insurance will expire during the process causing you to invest more money into a rental that Geico doesn’t want to give an extension on. It’s all game and we legally getting extorted for money. Lord knows if I didn’t need insurance I’ll cancel Geico behind this nonsense as well. This entire month, I've been unable to work due to car issue and having to return the rental after exceeding the limit by 10 days didn’t help neither because that too has become an expense. This body shop has done me no favors, and I'm certain they'll demand their deductible payment after already receiving nearly $13K for my car's repairs. I strongly discourage anyone from using this body shop. And I want to clarify again that my grievances are not about rudeness; their customer service was commendable. The issue lies in their poor time management and inability to provide accurate time lines. Clients appreciate transparency and without it, complaints are inevitable. Despite my multiple calls for updates, they should have been the ones reaching out, especially once a deadline had lapsed just to provide that feedback. This absence of communication and transparency is a significant issue in businesses today.

I was recommended by Westbury Toyota to fix a broken tail light that someone hit & on 2021 Toyota Pryus Prime you must Remove the whole bumper as per the the guy I was talking & trust me after I saw it with my own eyes they did a great Job & I was a mechanic for 20 years in Levittown @ J&J Sunoco but I cannot fix cars any more so I brought it to Scrappy

A must go if u want your car done right. They’ve worked on a few of my cars. I’ve sent my friends to them. They know what they’re doing. Take my word this will be your shop for years to come. The type of shop u never want to need but are happy that you know is your go to.

They fixed a dent that my new car came with. Great job on dent! Only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star rating, they got paint overspray on windshield and side windows

I have had 3 family vehicles and recommended 4 relatives and 2 friends to this shop with all 5 star reviews. Quality jobs do take time to complete.The final work was always worth the wait.
