Scotia performance

Every time I leave my car with Scotia Performance, I know that my car will be taken care of and that I will be treated fairly. I don't know that I can really ask much more of a garage. A+

We live out of state and my college-age daughter broke down on the thruway about 30 minutes away. Scotia Performance was recommended to us and we are so grateful. Within 20 minutes of arriving in the tow truck, my daughter was back on the road in her own car. Thank you for the excellent service and authentic kindness. Going forward, we will only bring her car here.

I only wish I had found these mechanics years ago! Grant, Rob, and the crew are not only great mechanics who go above and beyond to help you. They are professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and empathetic to your needs. They actually try to save you money by explaining what you actually need now and what can wait for a later time down the line. They make me feel like I'm part of their family. Absolutely outstanding group of guys,I've been looking for mechanics that are actually honest and not crooks;I found them here. I called at noon and was able to bring my car right in and serviced promptly.I thought I had one issue but it turned out to be something else completely,the issue was explained in detail and all of my questions answered.I was expecting to pay an arm and leg but was pleasantly surprised at a super reasonable rate with all work explained.Cant speak highly enough of this establishment and it has earned a new loyal customer

We brought our daughters car in to have a transmission installed, we told them we have a transmission that was purchased and we can supply it, the new transmission was fine until they got their hands on it. They broke the transmission while doing the install, they also used a bunch of different size washers to make up for the length of the wrong bolts they used, instead of using the bolts from the factory transmission, which in turn broke off a part of the transmission and bent the flexplate and cracked that as well. Gave the keys to our daughter and said good luck, it's making a banging noise. She brought it over to our house and yeah, they broke it using bolts that where too long. I called and they said it was broke in the first place and I asked why then would you install a broken part and the guy hung up on me. I went down there and tried to ask in person but refused to answer me and threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave, all I wanted was a explanation of why they would break something and not say anything. Now we are out near $2,000!! I wouldn't send anything to them ever!!! Very unprofessional garage and a very rude worker!!
