While the work was done properly and the staff was friendly, it seems they are trying to handle more clients than they can, leading to long wait times for car repairs. Both times, the delays caused me to run out of my rental car insurance coverage, leaving me without my car for over a month and forcing me to pay out of pocket for a rental at $50/day. Furthermore, the amount they billed my insurance company was astronomically high—more than I would have paid at the dealership. For some reason, my insurance company prefers them over the dealer, which ultimately affects my premiums, even if the repair wasn't my fault. I do give them credit for honoring their warranty; when I returned with issues, they fixed them without hassle. However, be warned: they take a long time. Make sure to call daily for updates so your repair isn't forgotten. The primary excuse for delays is that ordered parts are delayed.

Scott Man’s Auto Body II is the best car shop I have been to, customer service is through the roof. The level of professionalism is excellent. I do not have a single negative comment about them . They work with you to make sure all your car needs are being taken care of. They give the car back to you in pristine condition. They are always sending you updates on the work that is being done to your car. The repairs on my car were done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I would highly highly recommend Scotsman’s auto body. They did a great job on my car. It looks great and they cleaned the inside of my very dirty car. The customer service was great and my car was ready sooner than I thought. Great experience

This is an amazing place! I went because I got sent there from the other person's insurance company and I couldn't say anything bad about this place. They are very nice and they explain everything to you clearly. Copies of all repairs done were given to me and at the end of my repair date I got my keys and my car perfectly fixed. Thanks ! UPDATE: 05/14/18 Back with another fix and I decided to give them a call since they dealt with my car before because of a different hit. I went in and immediately was assisted, they gave me an estimate and I decided to go with it. They told me 3 days and that's it. Fast forward to now I picked up my car today and I am forever grateful for the AMAZING SERVICE! They took the time to clean it from the exterior and interior. They know what they are doing. Thank you to everyone who helped get my car back together and I feel SO bad for being that customer who didnt give a gratituty of some sort.
