I can’t recommend Sean’s Auto Care enough! I showed up with a punctured tire, feeling incredibly anxious because I had a long road trip to San Francisco planned for the next day—just me and my five-year-old son. Sean and his team were amazing. Sean is an incredibly honest and trustworthy man, and his staff went above and beyond to help me out. They quickly took care of my tire, ensuring everything was safe and ready to go. I left feeling relieved and grateful for their kindness and professionalism. If you’re looking for an auto shop that truly cares about its customers, this is the place to go!

I recently had a very positive experience with Sean‘s auto. I was having a pre-purchase inspection done, and the staff and the mechanics were very knowledgeable and of the highest professionalism. Everything about the process was above board and their customer service and responsiveness to questions was very good. I would definitely recommend Sean’s for any future work.

Got a last minute booking in December before the holiday, and they also had a car on hand for a loaner while mine was in shop for a few days. Work was completed around what I had budgeted; labor is market rate so no surprises there. The staff is extremely courteous and communicative. They high-lit some potential future issues down the line which now I know to address.

So let me start off by saying if you value your money and time then don't take your car nowhere near this damn place. I took my car here for the first couple of times and thought they were helping me. Turns out they weren't. I had to get an engine coolant sensor replaced and a leak detection pump fixed and he charged me 2000$ to fix. Most of it was just on labor alone. For my starter replacement he charged me 1000$, then for a break vacuum pump replacement he quoted me 2600 through text and said the labor would be 2100. That's when I knew this shop was just plain shady and thieves. They try to act like they're there to help you and look out for you but they're not. On top of that they used my car to call around and get quotes for the repairs because they're "competitive". Never heard of a shop doing that before. Once I told him I'd take my car elsewhere he insisted on keeping me as a customer and he'd lower that repair cost to 1400 total. He went from 2600 to 1400 once he found out I wasn't trying to pay that much money. I even called the Volkswagen dealer yall and got a quote from them!! I told Sean what the quote was and he called me a liar and said there is no way and that Volkswagen was lying to me when I was just on the phone with them. If you take your car here don't just agree to whatever price they say, call around and get different quotes. Because these ppl WILL lie and scam you. I've never written a review before but this place deserves this one for-sure. If you're a Christ believer don't fall for it, they claim they believe in god, but try to charge 2100 in labor for a job that doesn't even cost that much.They don't have any certificated technicians there and Sean just mentioned he is barely returning back to the shop after 4 years, so I'm not even sure if he knows what he's fully doing. With all this being said please avoid this shop at all cost and save your money!!!

Sean and his team are God-sent!! I desperately was looking for a second opinion on a huge and expensive engine repair for my 2003 Lexus. Sean was able to give me a better price and warranty on workmanship was longer than the competitor. Sean and the team members are honest repair technicians. They also are very time-conscious and your vehicle is returned to you as promised. I appreciate how they communicate their findings asap and again, very honest and competitive pricing. Sean is the kind of technician that will let you know if a repair can wait 6 months or if it’s imperative. Brenna, in the office, is always welcoming and very communicative with status updates. She also keeps detailed records of all the repairs on your vehicle and offers coffee, candy or cookies if your waiting for your vehicle. Truly grateful to have them on my side.
