I initially visited the facility on Friday 3/15/2024 to get a quote to have my rear bumper repaired. Jimmy Sanborn, quoted me $800, I thought it was a bit high so he bragged about their quality of work and the half of a million dollar paint booth that produces amazing quality. Then stated if I drop the vehicle off on Wednesday, it will be done by Friday. I mentioned to him that its a lease return and I have an appointment on Saturday 3/23/2024 to return it, he assured that it should be done on time no problem. On Wednesday 3/20/2024 @ 8 am, I dropped off the vehicle, Jimmy the manager was not there, so I spoke with an employee that assisted me. I mentioned to him the arrangement and the commitment I have on 3/23/2024 to return the leased vehicle. Again he assured me that it will be done on time. On Friday 3/22/2024, I receive a call from Bill, the owner, requesting to keep the vehicle until Tuesday because of the quality of the paint and the body work was not as it should. I explained to him my timeline commitment, he said he will do his best. At 4 pm on Friday I went to pick up my vehicle and I noticed that there was a big bubble in the bumper and the paint looked horrible, see pictures. I spoke with Jimmy, he admitted that the workmanship was horrible and he was disappointed but offered no resolution other than than keeping it until Tuesday, which I couldn't do. So I asked him if they can at least polish the paint to make it look more presentable and to clean the bumper or wash it, he agreed. When I came back to pick it up, none of the what Jimmy promised was done, the bubble was still there the bumper has paint dust all over it, the driver side carpet was full of paint dust foot prints. They basically handed me back the vehicle with absolute disregard to customer service and quality service. I later spoke with Bill over the phone, and he offered no resolutions whatsoever, I offered to leave the vehicle for Saturday to somehow resolve the issue and I will reschedule my appointment to Sunday, but he refused. Review the pictures, if you are willing to take the risk to be treated this way with absolute disrespect and disregard, go ahead and do business with this establishment. I noticed later that most of their great reviews are car dealers, not retail customers, they couldn't survive treating car dealers the way they treat retail customers. My recommendation, stay away!!! Response to OWNERS RESPONSE: The fact that you call your customers liars, only speaks of how you treat them. Pictures don’t lie, every bit of my review is a reflection of who you are, how you treat your customers and the quality of work you do. And by the way, you only called me once, not as you claimed in your response. I was very clear from the start about my deadline, when I got the quote and when I dropped my car off. You promised to deliver, but you did not, regardless of the excuse. In the future, do not over promise and under deliver, your manager kept bragging about the half of a million-dollar paint booth you guys have, but unfortunately, your employees did not have the skillset to use it. Even your manager admitted that the quality of work was substandard, the paint and the bodywork. I came by that afternoon at 3:30 pm to inspect the vehicle then I had my conversation with the manager and asked him to at least wipe down the bumper and vacuum the interior, he promised he would, but when I came back to pick it up after 5 pm, nothing was done as he promised, again. The fact is, you do crappy work, you treat your customers like crap, and you bad mouth them afterwards. The least you can do is be honest, people may not do business with you, but at least, they will respect you.

Top rated shop and staff! I was helping my in-laws get their Car fixed after they got backed into. Started looking around and getting referrals from friends who had great service and repairs. One such company came to the top, Secure It New! Started communications with Billy, who got me in touch with Chris Poe, an awesome and straight forward man. He talked me through the process and simplified it, my stress level dealing with insurance company went away after Chris took over and contacted Farmers to get the ball rolling. Dropped off the car with Jimmy and he helped me acquire a rental car. Jimmy got me a ride to the rental agency and on my way I went. Today I got a text update just as planned that the car will be ready and when to pick it up. Did I say how easy it was working with the whole professional team at Secure It New! They get a 10+ in my books or a 5 star and golden ⭐️. I highly recommend Secure It New in Fresno on Blackstone Ave. From my first call into them to the picking up of the car, “perfectly repaired” The experience has been professional and exactly what I expected.
