Great company! Has helped me many times without issue. I followed all the rules they informed me of and provided the correct items and I was out reasonably fast. It’s easy dealing with them when you just show what they need to see! Will be a return customer as I have a lot of project cars that need towing!

Unfortunately my car had to get towed and I have dealt with other tow companies in the past so I was already upset.. luckily dealing with these guys was super easy and a very professional interaction. My car was towed with care so that was a plus.. Most tow places feel sketchy but not them. Would recommend them 10/10 👌

Got a tow their timing was fantastic. Friendly professional and did above average job. I would recommend to family and friends based on my experience. Went above and beyond trying to help fix the issue before having to revert to towing and got me out of harms way first. Top notch operation as far as I can tell from my quick interaction with them.

Went to help a friend pick up their car today. The folks at Segura were courteous and helpful. The car needed to be jumped, and they took care of this. It then died again, not far from their business, and they quickly came over to jump it once more. It died again a few miles later. I called to ask if they could tow it back to Las Cruces. Within 15 minutes, the young man who had been helping us before was there. He hooked it up and within minutes, we were headed home, and for a very reasonable price! These folks are great. Thank you all so much for helping us today!

These people are jerks don't deal with them. I got in a nasty accident that almost cost my life. And I thought I lost all my stuff and phone. I asked the driver that was pulling the truck from the water that if he finds my phone in there can he get it out cause the ambulance was taking me to hospital and they didn't wanna wait for the truck to get out. He said he would and when I asked later they said they didn't find anything just owners manuals. Fast forward I get out the hospital I have no money no phone. I asked my friend if he would let me do find my iPhone on he's phone so I can locate it, it was showing the phone in the tow company junk yard and after they said they didn't find anything. Fast forward I go in to the office to see if they can please can my phone from the truck cause I lost my wallet in the truck and I have apple pay and so I can call my family and talk to my son since that was the only form of being able to talk to them. They girl rudely said no I cant let you back there. I told her I don't wanna go back there I just want you to get my phone since it's showing it's here and I need to use it for the reason I said above and she said no I can't help you. You need a notarized note saying I can get you things in there. So the way they run business there sucks and the girl is very rude can't help someone out that is in need of their phone. Idk why the police deal with these people. Update: my phone was never found in the truck my wallet is missing and also hat and Ray-Bays. So idk what happened but for sure my phone didn't just walk up and leave. Will definitely be making a police report
