Their staff had a very good service attitude. When I couldn't communicate in English well, they tried their best to translate text messages for me and communicate with me. They also sent me messages every day to inform me of the progress of the repair. They repaired my car quickly, one week ahead of schedule. When I saw my car was clean and new in front of me, I was very happy. I will recommend this place to my friends. Thank you very much.

I can’t say enough about the exceptional experience I had with Seidner's. From start to finish, Enrique made the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to helping me through every step of the repair for my 2020 Honda Civic. Not only did Enrique ensure that my car was repaired perfectly after the accident, but he also took on the challenging task of handling communications with the opposing insurance company. Triple-A presented some hurdles due to a low coverage limit on the other driver’s policy, which initially caused us a lot of anxiety. Enrique expertly navigated this by even joining a three-way call with Triple-A, where he advocated on my behalf and made sure I’d be fully covered. Thanks to his efforts, every repair was accounted for. Enrique’s transparency and commitment to keeping me informed were a huge comfort throughout the process. He provided regular updates, and when additional issues unrelated to the accident arose while the car was being reassembled, he quickly coordinated with the manager to make sure those concerns were addressed. I deeply appreciate the manager for accommodating this request, as it made all the difference in the final result. To top it all off, the team managed to complete the repairs in under a week! This level of efficiency, paired with Enrique’s exceptional customer service, exceeded all my expectations. Perfect experience from beginning to end. They worked with my State Farm insurance so I only paid my deductible. My car looked absolutely perfect after the repair. They were able to get all brand new parts (car doors and mirror) for my repair. Customer service was top notch with almost daily updates on my repair progress. They completed my car even earlier than expected. Highly recommended!

The customer service was amazing. The big plus was having my vehicle ready earlier. It was appreciated especially due to the repairs being completed ovee holidays. Darrens customer service was excellent.

This shop has great customer service and communication. However, when I picked up the vehicle I noticed one side of the bumper was completely loose which was surprising as this was the main area being repaired. And the tailgate lever was incorrectly installed. They were able to fix it that same day but I was just confused how nobody noticed a loose bumper. Other than that they did a great job.
