I went into Seidners to get a quote on color matching bumper I bought from Ford. They were professional from start to finish. Carlos is the one I dealt with the whole time and he is amazing! One of the best service advisors I’ve ever dealt with. He gave me a quote and it was a great price. So I had them do the job. They sent me photos of the process from start to finish, which is why I chose them. Super professional. The entire process was easy and my bumpers and door handles came out amazing! I had to bring my car in for repairs after an accident. Unfortunately, my insurance company determined it was a total loss. The people at Seidner's are nice, and the office is clean. The whole process with my insurance company took a few days longer than I was originally told, and I would have appreciated a bit more communication from Seidner's in that regard, thus the 4 stars instead of 5.

There is no reason to "shop" around for auto accident repair shop. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and they deliver what they say they are going to do. Rene at the recetion went out of her way to get the info she needed to start the estimate and Carlos the manager kept me in the loop throughout the repair. Thank you Seidners for getting our vehical back in time to hail our gradkids around for thier California Christmas vacation!

If you want great customer service and to feel 1000% reassured that your vehicle is going to get repaired correctly, this is the place to go. From the front desk receptionist and the assigned account manager Ray’s positive attitude and updates, I trust this place. They are great honest people doing honest work. Highly recommend this place.
