I had front end repair work done on my Elantra at Seinders Collusion center. The collusion expert Eddie was very knowledgeable and kept me informed about the progress of my repair frequently. My car was repaired 2 days early. That never happens!! When I received my car it was beautiful. The whole car looked new. The office staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Got rear ended. Nothing major but bumper needed repair & paint. Brought my car in on a Monday. I was told it would be ready by that Friday. I get a call the next day & they tell me my car is done. Picked it up on a Tuesday. Never been to a shop with such quick, professional, friendly service. I’d like to mention & thank Julian & Kristin. They were both very friendly, thorough & kept me informed of any & every detail. I hope I don’t need a body shop again for any vehicle I drive. But, if I do, I’d only come here.

Repairs were done in a reasonable time, and looks great. Kristen and Merced were wonderful and they kept me updated. Also, Gisela at the Auto Club was great, too ! All in all, things went smooth from start to finish.

The workmanship from Seidners, is AWFUL! The Paint didn't match at all, the color difference was ABSOLUTELY noticeable, the color match formula was not obtained from the dealer until after various attempts. The hood was not level very obvious, one side sat higher than the other. The fender and hood were not measured and adjusted correctly gaps were uneven took repetitive attempts. There were paint streaks down along side panel and driver door, paint was not curated long enough and therefore paint was smudging/lifting from assembly. The grill was damaged and parts were broken from the shop and were never reported until I noticed and reported it. This whole process was excruciatingly FRUSTRATING! The manager Eddie demonstrated no motivation in following thru with his team to get things done CORRECTLY, EFFECTIVELY, AND ABSOLUTELY NO ACCOUNTABILITY within his team. Damages to the vehicle were being made during the reassembly process, and no one took responsibility to speak on it. Go anywhere else NOT HERE! WASTE OF TIME!
