Brought my car here after an accident roughly 8 months ago. Originally they did an amazing job and the car looked just as new. Fast forward to today however and the bumper no longer sits nicely on the car. Some of the clips they used to replace the bumper are now broken which has left me unsatisfied.

Do not take your vehicle to this place, they are horrible. I took my vehicle for an estimate, I waited there a while and no one helped me. Not sure how this place stays in business with horrible service.

I recently had my Honda 2022 Odyssey Elite repaired at Seidner's Collision, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. The repair was completed one day ahead of the estimated date, and the quality of work was outstanding. The entire process was seamless, thanks in large part to Alexis, who kept me thoroughly informed with timely updates and answered all my questions with professionalism and a positive attitude. The repair shop's customer service was exceptional, and I felt well-informed throughout the entire process. I did not need to return the vehicle for any additional work, which was a testament to their thoroughness. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate their customer service and ease of doing business a 10. Did not even want to do an estimate for repairs, states that they only work with well known insurance companies. They do not take State Farm, progressive, travelers, etc. those were some of the names that whoever answered the phone stated. I explained to them that I would be paying cash since they have already sent me a settlement. Stated that it was a company policy
