This is my second time coming to this shop for repairs. Both times that they've assisted me, the work came out amazing. The reparations that were done were perfect and had my car looking like nothing ever happened. 5 stars for the workers who actually do the repairs. The customer service can be a hit or miss. The second time around I worked with Matt who was extremely kind, thorough, and respectful. Luis on the other hand can be very hostile, rude, and acts as if he's better than his customers. If Luis is returning your car to you, I would request for Matt instead.

Hello, I just had a great experience with Seidner's West Covina, if you have AAA take it to them, they will roll out the red carpet for you, my truck came out great and it was delivered two day before hand. I took my Toyota pickup truck to Seidners Collision Center in West Covina for vehicle repair. The customer service is outstanding! Sal, estimator was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the process of the repair and keeping me updated with text messages and phone calls. Verónica, service representative has great people skills, she is very nice, polite, pleasant, professional and service oriented. I want to specially thank Pedro Manager, for ensuring that the quality of work performed on the vehicle is to the satisfaction of the customer. I am very happy and pleased with the work performed! “The paint job is perfect”. “I highly recommend this place”!!😃
