Recently tried Seiko's Auto Service for my Lexus RX350 after having used the dealer and another local repair shop for service over the years. The dealer was expensive and often suggested unnecessary repairs and the last local repair shop not thorough. Quality, efficient work with detailed explanation of recommended service and estimate upfront. Staff very friendly and pleasant. I had a great experience at Seiko last week. They performed a thorough inspection of my car when I brought it in for a 100K service. I received a report with pictures documenting what was found and when I requested explanation Sergio gave me a call and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. I was able to make a sound decision on what needed attention asap and what could wait for the next visit (my car is 11 years old and I bought it used, so I expected some repairs were needed). They had to keep my car overnight, but I was given a rental in the meantime. I also had a mechanical issue with my car that did not affect function or safety, but was a complete annoyance. They gave me a quote for the possibility of fixing it, but what was more impressive is that they went the extra mile to investigate other options on how to deal with the problem that saved me an extra cost. I am so happy I found this place and will be returning to have the rest of the repairs completed. Did I mention that the repair costs were quite reasonable too? Well, they were! I won’t be going anywhere else to get my car serviced. Thank you team at Seiko!

Seiko Automotive is absolutely fantastic! The team is thorough, friendly, and professional. Sergio went above and beyond, providing me with an incredibly detailed report for my 2015 Subaru Outback, complete with photos, something the Subaru dealer didn’t even offer. Fast, reliable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend their services!

Love Seiko’s Auto Service! They are the best! I will never buy a car brand that Seiko can’t work on. Their service is second to none. They are helpful and they care. I highly recommend Seiko’s. I needed someone who specializes in Subarus, who knows what they are doing and why and doesn’t just read codes. All the folks at Seiko’s were kind, took their time talking to me, and had solid reasons for their suggestions for the routine maintenance I needed. My car drives much better than before I took it in and they document their work. I have peace of mind, trust them for all things Subaru in the future, and am very grateful.
