Not to sure why my original review was removed. So I'm going to try this again. On Jan 28, 2025 I took my 2010 Toyota Corolla to Sergio's for a clunking sound. I paid 180 for a diagnostic, (if I choose to fix with the shop, that fee would go into the repair) I agreed to that diagnostic fee and left it overnight for review. The next day I got a call with a quote and an idea of what the problem was, apparently it was over 1700.00 for fixing. I decided against the work, paid my 180 and took my car. Found another mechanic who fixed the problem for 345 dollars. I work hard for my money and what Sergio's shop was trying to charge me for labor alone should be illegal. Attaching the ridiculous quote this man gave me.

Sergio’s Auto Repair has been excellent, I have taken two of my vehicles and when they say they are going to be ready they are, besides the point that I can feel the difference right away. They also gave me an estimate ahead of time to see if I wanted to continue with repairs. I am very satisfied and have been already recommending this shop to my friends!

Sergio’s auto repair is the best,I have been to different mechanics through out the San Fernando valley and Sylmar and they can’t match Sergio auto repair.these guys are always honest my vehicle is always done when they say it’s gonna be done.never have I ever had a issue when I get my car back I can always drive my car knowing any mechanical work was done right. If you need a mechanic in the San Fernando valley this one is it thank you guys
