Oil & Filter Change: Labor: $35.00 Parts: $54.00 Shop Supplies: $3,60 (what is this?) Tax: $8.30 Total: $101.85 Was advised that I would receive a complimentary tire rotation, but the stickers & markings that I had made and or placed on the tires prior to service, had not changed location No car wash The neighborhood oil change establishment provides the same service, rotate the tires, includes a free car wash and internal vacuuming, for less. Advice: 1. Call and confirm the total price prior to scheduling an appointment. 2. Mark the tires with different color stickers, chalk, marker etc. to determine if the tires were rotated. Each tire had a different marking to distinguish if they had been rotated.

Got my car serviced today. Our rep was Carlos Cruz, he was amazing from the moment we arrived. He is very detailed, made sure to go above and beyond not only with communication but as well with understanding. I’m so thankful for this service location and recommend to everyone I know.

All personnel I met with today were very courteous and helpful with any questions I may have asked. I made my appointment online this morning. I arrived 20 minutes early and was taken care of right away. I’ve been driving Nissan’s since 1994. I purchased my last Nissan in April 2024, my first time with Central Avenue Nissan. I have nothing but praise for the all round service and the entire staff.

Many recall notices. Finally went. Nice guy said, OK be ready in 1.5 hrs. I don't even know what the recall is. 5 hours later nobody ever came to say what's happening. I thankfully could work in a quiet area. One person said, oh someone went to lunch, like it's my prob I scheduled for 11a. At last they said great news we found another issue and fixed for free. Ten seconds into driving home the sound in question was back. Joke's on me.
