I booked an appointment online here to get my general oil and filter changed along with my tires rotated. I've not been at this location before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Surprisingly I felt very welcomed and taken care of by the staff. The waiting room is also very nice and spacious. I really enjoyed being there to get my basic service done. It took about an hour which is faster than I'm used to so that was another positive surprise! Also, shoutout to Max who was my service advisor! He was very friendly and answered all of my questions informatively with no judgment! I will plan on coming here the next time I need service. I felt very comfortable and treated really well.

Recently, I took my Nissan Leaf in for service. As always, I was not disappointed with the service I received. All the staff were personable and quick to greet me as well as check me out when finished. The thing I appreciate most is the communication they provide throughout the process. I received phone calls and texts to keep me apprised of how things were going. Recommendations were made but prior to the work, they asked for a signed approval. I highly recommend them for they continued great service they provide.

I truly appreciate the receptionists attitude about quickly getting me in for an appointment. The intake service workers were cordial. The only issue that I have is that I came in to have a light replaced that had already been replaced less than a year ago. I left with an even dimmer light after they offered to replace both head light assemblies for $2000. I asked if they could replace the dimmed bulb. It appears to be dimmer than before I took the car into the garage. Otherwise, everyone was very nice.

My experience was perfect. All 4 of my recall issues were taken care of and the 28 point inspection brought a few things to my attention I wasn't aware of. I'm now planning on when to have those issues addressed.
