Destiny was a pleasure to work with! Very friendly and professional. Service team had four new tires and an oil change done quickly with zero issues. The price came in lower than originally expected, so all around very pleased.

I was told it would take about an hour and a half to diagnose my problem with the heater and it took about that long or a little less. They have ordered the part and will put it on next week. Daniel was very kind and helpful.

My first service experience at Germain VW was perfect. I was cordially greeted by several staff, promptly served in getting my car into service, was able to use a quiet area to do work during the appointment (coffee and tea were readily available), and the work was done in less time than was estimated. It is so refreshing to encounter people who care. It was an A+ experience!

Always a good experience. My service tech was Daniel and he was very helpful. The online portal for service has way too many choices. But once you are at your appointment, there is good, open, up front discussion and explanations about service and prices. Good customer service. Nice amenities. My service is always done in the time frame promised.

Incredibly quick and easy! I was able to schedule online that same day and my entire service only took about 40 minutes. Daniel made this a great experience as it was my first time there from out of state. You’re definitely not going to find a better volkswagen service in the Columbus area!
