Service Center- Ressler Chevrolet

I feel the red carpet was rolled out for me during my purchase of vehicle and when I had a concern with it last week. The General Manager, Service Manager, and Shop Foreman went out of their way at the end of a work day to help me get my truck to Ressler for inspection. There was a rental vehicle ready if needed. Service like this is non existent in Bozeman these days. I am more than grateful for the superior service and professionalism.

They were all kind. Very welcoming and professional.! Will recommend you guys to everyone! They went through everything and helped us for the things we needed for our vehicles. They were very knowledgeable. The lady’s inside were absolutely amazing! The guys in the shop were working hard and did an amazing job!

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I dealt with Ari. I took my car in to get the blower motor housing of my car fixed from an accident covered by insurance. They notified my airbags were recalled. The first time they had my had they had it for 5 days, did not fix my recalled airbags, and only took the plastic shrapnel from my blower housing out but did not fix the actual issue because they couldn’t “find the Puncture hole even though I clearly showed and stated where it was to Ari. I was in contact with Ari the next 3 weeks. She had issues filing a supplement claim with my insurance and still failed to realize the issue I tried to get fixed. Then I took in today. 2 weeks ago I scheduled this appointment to get my windshield replaced and FIX THE HOUSING FOR MY CABIN BLOWER FAN, and she only had me scheduled for the glass repair which my insurance denied. After taking to another guy, I found out she learned that the parts were going to not get in before I leave for the summer Ari decided not to end up filing a supplemental claim with my insurance but never notified me of this so I could go somewhere else to get it fixed. Ari failed to remember the chief complaint I had for my car multiple times, failed to communicate any of this effectively, failed to communicate with my insurance, and they had my car in their possession for over 5 days and forgot to fix my recalled airbags which seems like a huge legal liability. DONT GO HERE, you’ll regret it.
