Horrible inefficient driver. For sure needs retraining on priority and what his job is. He had to help another driver over the phone drive stick/manual. He left after loading my car, for about 20 min to help his fellow driver load up his vehicle. Alberto doing his job but poorly. Polite but not good and poor execution and delivery. Please retrain or hire better.

Called AAA for a tow and they sent seven star towing. guy came out and said he will be back with a different tow truck. Waited for 6 hours here while AAA tried to call them and they are cancelling the tow now. Ridiculous service they tried to say my car is low of course my car is low THE TIRES ARE FLAT. DO NOT CALL THIS TOW SERVICE THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

They are not open 24 hrs. You should be able to get your impounded vehicle at anytime. False advertising
