Had damage to front bumper from parking lot incident. Came for estimate. They fixed it on the spot and did not charge me a penny! This was my 2nd interaction with this auto body shop. They do terrific work and have very fair prices! They don’t make a repair a bigger job than it is! They are very honest! I highly re them if you need autobody work!

I am very happy that I chose Shippan to tend to my car after my car accident last month. My 2018 Ford Edge was badly damaged and during talks with my insurance I needed a place for it to go to be fixed. Shippan was my choice as it was local to me. Despite the long time it took to fix my car, it was worth it. Both Mike and Oscar were very approachable and were able to rely information about my car as it became available. In the end I was extremely satisfied with my car and what they did to it. As a result I shall recommend Shippan to anybody who needs their car repaired. Once again, thanks to all at Shippan for saving my car!

I had an excellent experience with this shop when I needed a rear windshield replacement on my BMW. Oscar handled all the communication with my insurance company and competently answered any questions I had. When it was time to perform the work, I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up that same evening, exterior washed and all. The quality of the repairs looks flawless. Also, Oscar was able to procure OEM glass for the car rather than go with an alternative manufacturer option, which was a welcomed bonus to me.
