I recently had the pleasure of working with Shotgun Off Road to upgrade the suspension on my 17-year-old Toyota Land Cruiser, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Jim was absolutely fantastic – professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made recommendations that truly enhanced both the look and ride of my vehicle. The pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and expertise he brought to the table. My Land Cruiser now looks amazing and rides like a dream. Shotgun Offroad was a huge help in fixing my old 1985 Toyota LN65 Turbo Diesel. It's a rare truck, and I had trouble finding a shop in the 5 Boroughs or Long Island willing to perform the repairs. Shotgun Offroad stepped up without any hesitation. At our scheduled appointment, Jim and Eddie explained everything in a way I could understand – the problems with my truck, how much it would cost, and what needed fixing. They kept me updated during the repairs, letting me know where they were getting the parts, when they would arrive, and sharing other important updates. They were super organized, taking pictures and keeping detailed records of each step. The team was amazing, going out of their way to make sure I knew how things were progressing and answering all my questions. Fixing suspension issues can be tough, but Shotgun Offroad made sure I was back on the road quickly. After the rear axle repairs, my truck's gas mileage got a lot better, and they even found and fixed a turbo oil leak. I want to say a big thank you to Shotgun Offroad for taking the time to do the job right, on time, and within my budget! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality repairs.

Recently had a 3 inch rough country lift installed on my 2021 f150. Jim and his crew did a great job and the truck now drives amazing. These guys definitely do great work and their pricing is fair. It’s nice to deal with an honest shop for once. I definitely recommend them for any of your Offroad needs.

I went to Shotgun Offroad to get new 37 BFGoodrich inch tires and KMC wheels for my jeep wrangler. The service was great and fast, they got me exactly what i wanted and gave me good knowledge and advice while being very nice and professional. I will definitely be going back to this shop for any future upgrades.
