Butch was very thorough when it came to my accidental claim for my rear bumper. He found that there were more damages to the bumper and ordered additional parts to repair and repaint the bumper. He did an excellent job. He is very professional and updated me the whole process along the way. He even gave me rides home from the shop.

We have plastic hanging out underneth our car after visiting oceano dunes i then tried zip tying it down with no luck since our honda fit was too low to the ground and hard to reach. We took it to this place expecting to pay something but they were so nice that they attached the loose plastic underneath free of charge. Maybe because we are from out of town (san diego) or maybe because their is still some good in this world and genuinely nice people willing to help out their fellow neighbor when it comes to minor assistance. God bless them and we thank them so much for helping us out.

Mike is so lazy. Does not communicate with you about the cars progress while it is being repaired. He just calls you and says your be car is ready which is so annoying because we have other things in our life going on too. Not a very business savvy kinda of guy🥲And instead of fixing the issue of him being lazy he got mad and refused my job and called me to pick up my keys. Poor customer service…

I honestly cannot say enough great things about this place. This was my first accident like this and the gentleman there was amazing. And my car looks like new and is driving beautifully. Butch especially was very kind and kept me in the loop.

Sierra Body Shop made the experience so pain free. My mechanic recommended them. I took the car in. They dealt with insurance company. The work was done 4 days early. Always a bonus. The work is just gorgeous. You'd never know what happened. Very pleased with the service. And I thought the prices were very reasonable.
