Long overdue review - they did a great job on my kia stinger and you can see it on pictures. It took quite some time until done but that’s bc this type of car is not too popular. There was also a hiccup with cooling system but they handled it professionally. 5 stars and would use again!

Excellent service from the Silver Lake Collision Center team! I was unfortunately rear-ended and needed to find a collision center to handle the repairs on my vehicle. While searching locally, I came across both Silver Lake Collision Center and another center down the street. Initially, I overlooked Silver Lake because the other center had more reviews. However, don’t make the mistake I almost did! Upon reading more about Silver Lake, I realized the reviews were genuine (unlike the other center’s reviews, which seemed short and unauthentic). Steve was the person who helped me from the start. Although I might have been a bit demanding, he was very flexible and attentive to my needs: - I wanted a quote before accepting the service—he had no problem disassembling and reassembling my car the same day so I could drive away and consider my options. - His team was prompt. While the other center estimated at least a month for repairs, Steve managed to complete the work in just under a week and a half. - I requested a realignment of a tail light during my first inspection—he had no issue with this request. - I asked for all paperwork—there was no hesitation in providing the necessary documents. Steve and his team are easygoing, detail-oriented, and deliver work in a timely manner. If you’re looking for a reliable place that won’t try to overcharge your insurer, this is the place to go. Now I truly understand the full 5-star rating. Thanks again, Silver Lake!

While I usually don't write reviews until work/service is completed. Unfortunately, we've already used Silver Lake Collision about 4 years ago when we used to live near their Silverlake location. The Pasadena location has been great. Communication has been amazing even prior to drop off, but it wasn't pushy either. At drop off I was greeted by Avo who then walked me through the whole process. Since I don't have car rental included in my policy, he assured me that he would do his best for a quick turn time. He even offered to a more reasonable rental option through them if I needed it. It's clear that Avo and the Silver Lake location is willing to go above and beyond to help their customers out. That alone is review worthy! Looking forward to updating my review with the "after pics" Based on the work they've done years ago, the car looked good as new! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend! It's always a rough day when you need to get body work done due to an accident. Let alone on an older vehicle that you take fantastic care of. My car was in perfect running order and aside from the new damage, it was in great shape! Avo worked with me to keep my insurance from 'totaling' my vehicle. They found used parts where they could to help offset the high cost of the accident damage and repairs.They did an incredible job!!! I am beyond pleased with how it looks. Thank you so much for helping me keep a vehicle I love!

This place is truly outstanding. My Lexus RX350L has been repaired here twice now. It is one of the most professional businesses I’ve dealt with. Their communication was fantastic, the speed with which they got the work done was prompt, and most importantly… the quality of their work is exceptional. Your search for a body shop should stop here. Call them. You won’t be disappointed.
