Drove over a tire shred on the highway, cracked my bumper, broke the IR sensor, on my 2021 Honda Insight. Called Honda service center. They said because there was body damage, I needed a body shop, and they suggested Silver Star. Had a wonderful experience with them. Staff was helpful, Dawn took care of a lot of the insurance stuff for me. They gave me rides to and from the car rental. Car was fixed ahead of schedule. Everything looked great. Really no complaints. They even gave me a $100 discount for cash payment. Would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Silver Star Auto Body provided incredible service on both the administrative and service front. Renato gave me a quote with a hard copy receipt, was super helpful, and informed me that they were Acura certified which assured any worry I may have had. Weeks went by and I finally made an appointment and Dawn communicated clearly throughout the entire process AND they still had my receipt on file! The office was organized, my car was clean and they went above and beyond.
