Biggest scam ever! Bought a Honda accord for $8000 in June 2023.It was a salvage vehicle, and I wasn’t able to get nyc plate or registration. It was a junk car he was selling us. I returned the car back since it wasn’t drivable and they told me to wait for an another vehicle. After several weeks I just wanted my money back, as he promised he would. Called several times and was in touch with Serena but kept making up excuses I still haven’t gotten my refund back. I truly trusted them, Very disappointing. BEWARE of this scammer!!!!

I went here on October 4th 2023 to purchase a 2015 Dodge caravan for $6,000. Of which I leave a deposit of $2,000.00 cash. I was to pick up the car the next day as Don needed to clean the car and change the oil. When I got home I ran a car fax and found that the car was salvage. The dealer did not disclose this information. I went to DMV the next morning to get more info regarding salvage titles. 1. I learned that I would NOT be able to get full coverage insurance or register the car if the air bags were deployed along w other restrictions placed on a salvage title. I returned to the ‘dealer’ said day and was unable to get my money back. 2. He filed a police report by Friday for the documents I had after much Insistence on 10.3.23. This indicates that this is a pattern of deception that Don and Silverback engages in. Today is 11.22.23 and although I have had several reasonable conversations with his partner Serena I still have not be refunded. PLEASE BEWARE of the DECEPTIVE Practices of this seller.
