I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Toyota Simi Valley, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding service I received from Felix, Manny, and Paul. Felix, the sales representative, greeted us as soon as we entered the dealership. He was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. Felix showed us the Corolla Hybrid in detail, explaining all its features and how everything worked. He even set up a test drive and walked us through the car’s performance and hybrid technology. His patience and thoroughness made me feel confident about my decision. Manny, the Finance Manager, was excellent at helping us navigate the financial side of the purchase. He worked with us to find the best financing terms, showing great flexibility and understanding of our budget. Manny explained all the terms clearly and ensured we were comfortable with the agreement, making what can often be a stressful part of the process smooth and easy. Paul finalized the transaction quickly and efficiently. He ensured all the paperwork was handled with care and accuracy, wrapping up the process seamlessly. The entire team at Toyota Simi Valley went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had, and I highly recommend Felix, Manny, and Paul for their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction. First, I'd like to say I'm a first-time buyer from a dealership. When I first arrived I knew the car would have to feel right and feel right to my wallet. They did their very best to accommodate me and my family. They were patient, understanding. The Dealers who helped me were Mac and Karla. They were amazing. They showed compassion and were able to relate to us to know what we wanted. I left with a car that I was okay with that night. I love it. They're my new extended family! And I have a new baby (my car).

Thank you so much to Toyota of Simi Valley for their excellent service and dedication in helping us purchase our first truck! Ricky, their online sales representative was determined to earn our business and was able to get us the truck we were looking for with in our budget. No other dealership was willing to do that for us so we drove from OC to Simi Valley because the price was right. Rafael greeted us upon arriving and made sure that all of our questions were answered, did not pressure us nor did he have any surprises. Both made the purchasing process a breeze! Rafael even spent some time with us afterwards to teach us the awesome tech that the Tacoma SR5 has. Simi Valley has an excellent team!
