They provided me with an honest assessment and only recommended necessary repairs. The front desk receptionist Nadia was very helpful and ensured I understood all the costs involved!

I restored my classic motorcycle. Nut and bolt restoration. I needed a place to fix and paint my bodywork for the motorcycle that I could trust. I’d heard great things about this place, after receiving my pieces from painting I knew that I made the right choice. Thanks guys! Much appreciated!!

Bringing my car here to get body work done was one of the best choices i’ve ever made. I pretty much needed a whole floor replacement and the owner was so incredibly kind and friendly, the price was very fair, and the service was amazing and quick! I cannot recommend this place enough, you don’t be disappointed! 10/10

TLDR: Simplicity damaged my car and the owner made up a story saying it was my fault and blamed me for it. Took my car here to get a quote for some damage to the side of my car as i was referred by a friend. Dropped it off for the day and later on i was told by my friend (not sure simplicity didn’t tell me directly) how my car was left in neutral and rolled out into the road and caused an accident but there was no damage to my car.. I didn’t see how this could happen but i accepted the story and called to go pick up my car as it was only a quote and should have only been a day. After a couple of days simplicity finally lets me come get my car and they say they will email the quote to me later on. When i get home i noticed my front plate was all bent up and damage to the bracket, then i notice some paint missing and some cracking going on throughout the front bumper. There was even some little pieces of concrete stuck to the plate that were the same colour as the walls of his building. I had a look at the area where i parked and there was no way it would have rolled on its own. I then call the person who i was dealing with at simplicity and explain my concerns while being respectful and he then added to his original story and said that my car had hit the house across the road. FYI my car is lowered and would have had to jump down off one curb roll across the road and then jump up another curb and roll up hill on grass to hit the house across the way. When I questioned the story he lashed out on me freaking out on how i was ruining his reputation and that it was my fault for leaving it in neutral but if i really wanted he would be so kind to repaint my bumper even though it was all my fault.. it was all so fishy and this shop was so sketchy that I didn’t at all feel confident that my bumper would have came back in good condition with a well done paint job at this point so I decided against ever going back to this place. Lesson learned, NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO SIMPLICITY.

Best experience ever. Marco and his employees were excellent with customer service making you feel at ease that the job would be completed with the highest standard and finish with in a certain time frame and it was. Great job Marco and staff.
