The guys at Simplicity7 did an amazing job working on my 2023 Fisker Ocean EV. After my parked car was hit by a school bus, I needed 2 new doors on the driver side. It was a nightmare getting any shop to take on the job. No body shop was willing to do the repairs being that parts were not easy to find and this is an EV with very little aftermarket support. It also didn’t help that Fisker Inc went bankrupt for a second time. After looking for a willing shop for over a month, I spoke with Andy and he was immediately on board to tackle the job. He worked with the insurance company and located parts and everything on his own. The car looks amazing, better than new! Andy and his guys went above and beyond to make sure no time was wasted. They even gave the car a thorough detail cleaning when the job was done. They had the car charger needed to keep the EV battery charged and the vehicle in good condition until all repairs were done. I have no reservations holding back my seal of approval for Simplicity7! I know I can trust them with all my cars in the future. Would highly recommend!

Heard the stories of collision shops outwitting customers for more money. That definitely wasn’t the case here, friendly staff, the owner Andy answered all questions no matter how dumb. Definitely will come back for more services. After close to 3 short weeks of waiting, car came back in perfect shape. Owner even had it detailed, looking like a brand new car Edit: Post 1+ Month and car still driving like a dram

I would like to start off by saying that Simplicity is the only place you should be taking your vehicle to for ANY kind of work/upgrades. About a month ago, my car unfortunately was hit in front of my house pretty badly. I’ve dealt with numerous shops before and I always thought I was taken care of at my previous shops. Andy at simplicity made me realize what proper care and business was. I was hesitant when the accident happened to send it to a shop but someone had spoke highly of Andy so I said let me give Simplicity a call. Right off the bat, Andy treated me with nothing but respect and kindness which is rare to come across when dealing with businesses especially in the automotive field. Not only did Andy walk me through the process of filing a claim from over the phone, but he arranged for my car to be picked up from my house and transported to his shop where he took care of the rest. He made sure to keep me updated and contact me if there was ever a problem. This whole experience was hassle free and smooth unlike my previous experiences with other shops. It was surprisingly quick as well. My car was unfortunately totaled after an inspection and simplicity made sure I got top dollar for my vehicle. Andy and his team are truly professional! I was involved in an accident and my vehicle was taken to a shop that didn’t know left from right. They kept my vehicle for about 10 days without scheduling an adjuster, helping with the car rental, or anything for that matter. A friend of mine put me in contact with Andy and he immediately went to pick up my vehicle, he paid for the outrageous storage fees and took my vehicle to Simplicity7. Immediately Andy and his team began working on my vehicle. They handled everything with no headaches on my part. If I had any questions, Andy was attentive and responded to anything I needed. I’m also a female who struggles to understand the mechanical function of a car, but Andy took the time to explain them to me. When I picked my vehicle up, it was completely detailed inside and out. Andy also made sure my window was tinted. My vehicle looked brand new! I couldn’t believe the amazing work that they did. I would 100% absolutely recommend Andy and his team to anyone who needs work on their car or was involved in an accident. They literally do it all!
