Singleton's Tire & Service

Excellent service. Chris Allen is kind, courteous and knowledgeable. He is an excellent manager and does his best to provide what people need in a timely manner. The staff are also courteous and seem to work to get provide timely service. I have been a customer for 10 years and only trust Chris to take good care of any car repairs and tire issues.

Great service at a fair price. I am always amazed the way Chris is able to juggle all the parts of running such a busy shop. You cannot please everybody, But these guys do a good job of trying.

I wholeheartedly recommend Singleton’s Tire & Service. This review is about unprecedented compassion and customer service. My 19-year-old grandson arrived from college for the Christmas holidays. He planned to drive the day after Christmas to northern West Virginia to ring in the New Year with his Uncle. At 1pm on Christmas Eve my grandson told me his front tire was making a grinding noise. Upon my inspection of all 4 wheels it was obvious that the car needed 4 sets of new break pads and new rotors. I called Singleton’s and spoke with Chris. I had zero expectation that we could get the new brakes on such short notice and on Christmas Eve to boot. I prepared my grandson that his WVA plans were very likely not going to happen. When Chris heard my story his compassion for my family on Christmas Eve compelled him to work us in. The complete brake job was completed before 4:30 pm on Christmas Eve, much to the relief of my grandson for his visiting plans and my relief for his safety. Chris and Singleton’s went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded customer service expectations. It is greatly appreciated. All the best and HAPPY NEW YEAR! Nick Miller

One of the few service centers I feel I can trust. Chris and his technicians always do what they say they're gonna do, and I feel that they do not overcharge for their service. I've been a happy customer for several years, and highly recommend them.

My 2017 VW Golf Alltrack had an oil leak. I had taken to the dealer twice with no resolution. A friend suggested I take it to Singletons. I’m so very glad I did! They replaced the drip pan. Problem fixed. Chris and Josh were absolutely wonderful to work with. I had such a great experience and am now a customer for life. They were warm, welcoming, friendly and yet also professional. Highly recommend them
