I’m big on good customer service and communication. I took my car in on a Monday and they said it would be fixed by Friday. Nobody called me so I called on Friday and they said Monday due to issues. On Monday nobody called me so I called them and they said the car was done. Since it was my birthday I grabbed my car quickly and headed out. The next day I’m noticing dirt everywhere, mud on my window, handles etc like why didn’t yall just clean that off. Making me wonder on if the job was done correctly since I smell biding oil when I open the hood. Hopefully they fixed my problem and I don’t have to go back and take the car to them. Nice people when I talked to them in person just didn’t like my service or experience. I needed a rear main seal. Price wasn’t too bad and they worked with me
