We accidently double paid Sky totaling $4,800 for a tow- and they refuse to repay us back the $2400. They acknowledge to have gotten a double payment too and just brush us off. Unethical practices. After 4 months of trying to get the $2,400 back, we now have to result to court.

Only buy from this dealership if you're looking to die soon. I bought a car from them that they said was in great shape and was extremely safe. Less than 72 hours after my purchase, I was driving 20 mph on a road with no potholes and the right front wheel completely fell off. (I was 1/4 mile from merging onto an interstate so this could have been a deadly disaster.) The repair costs were over half what I paid for the car. I called Vick and he said he KNEW the car had issues and it was my fault for buying it. He refuses to buy the car back or help with repair costs in any way. I will be taking legal action. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

My insurance company contacted Sky Towing to tow my vehicle home. They were called at 11:00 AM. We were quoted up to a 90 minute wait time for the tow to arrive. Okay, no problem, we can wait. 2 hours later, we were still sitting in 90 degree heat waiting for our tow. We called the company to see what the hold up was. We were told that it was a shift change, and it would be another 30 minutes. This was at 1:00 PM. At 2:00 PM we called again. This time we were told the driver had some kind of issue, and it would be another 30 minutes. 3:00 PM and still no tow. By now we had also contacted our insurance company, thinking maybe they could help further. We were told that a driver would be calling us, and to give it a little time. We waited a little longer and finally got a call from the driver. The man wanted us to leave the keys in our car and said we didn’t have to wait. Um, no. Our car is stranded in a parking lot full of cars. I am not leaving the keys. He said he would be 25-30 minutes. We waited another 30 minutes and still nothing. We called our insurance and cancelled the tow service with this company. It is a waste of time and poorly managed. Now our car has to sit over night again until we can get back out tomorrow morning with a more reliable tow company. I do not recommend anyone waste their time with Sky Towing.

I am a U.S. Military transitioning back to the Youngstown area, and I purchased a salvaged [wrecked] vehicle from Mr. M. Chaudhry via an uncle that lives in the area. Essentially, “sight unseen”. Mr. M. Chaudhry was an absolute professional in dealing with my uncle and me during the restoration process of the Dodge Ram, the title restoration, and he remained true to his quoted price. The work his mechanic/body man performed was impeccable, and it would be extremely difficult for the layman to see the damaged truck bed was completely replaced. Although I was apprehensive about NEGATIVE reviews related to an associated portion of his Sky Motors business, it was clear to see that the majority of the negative comments had to do with a towing service. I appreciated Mr. Chaudhry’s level of professionalism and his patience in working through a long distance purchase and proxy buyer. Don S.
