Fair price. Always does his best. He's taken care of a dozen vehicles for me. On the rare occasion I don't pass he's happy to retest after repairs. Owner is very kind.

I hate to leave a bad review for a local business but unfortunately, the service I received here was not the best. When I got there, I was the only one in the shop it was early afternoon, and I believe the owner, a middle-aged, Hispanic man, was trying to be funny, saying that he only takes appointments. It's hard to tell if he was being serious or not, but after a few minutes, he said he was just joking. I informed him that the truck had been sitting for some time and I had a jumpstart. The reason I give this information is that in older vehicles sometimes you have to drive them for a while after they get jumpstarted to make sure the catalytic converter is working properly. A very simple procedure of connecting a computer, like that when you could use it, ORiellys's, could see if everything is ready to go for the smog check. He didn't offer that. He was working on the vehicle for a while, and other customers started showing up m on his phone slot on personal matters. After about 40 minutes he brought it to the front and told me that it didn't pass. He said it was a simple fix drive around and bring it back at the end of the day, but still charging me $60. didn't offer to use the coupon and was not user-friendly. This place used to be friendly but I can't recommend it anymore. On a side note, I went to Sunnyside Smog in North Fresno BLACKSTONE, and told them the same thing about not running for a while. They were very friendly and said, let's check to make sure everything is lined up, and ready to go and ran a quick check using a small computer at no cost. The technician advised me the truck still wasn't ready and still needed to be driven explained about the catalytic converter and said to come back when it was ready and they would give me a coupon for $25 off.

Service has always been quick and friendly. I have taken my cars here for the last few years, and will continue going back.

Sorry, I didn't experience their services because their parking was horrible. Right when I got there, I pretty much just backed out and left. Really, really bad parking situation. IMO, this is not an ideal location. I think there's only one entrance/exit. If there's another entrance/exit than I didn't see it. If you've got a big SUV/truck, you better know how to maneuver your vehicle and good luck on getting out if you happen to come on a busy day and the other business parking spots are full. My review is for their parking and their location. If I had stayed I would've had to double park my vehicle or park in another business's parking spot (clearly marked). I did not receive services from them.
