Their motto “like it never happened” couldn’t be more accurate. They restored my car after an accident, needed a new bumper, had to fix some scratches and dents. Gary was great with answering any questions I had. Explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything before I handed my keys over. Upon picking up my car it was literally like the accident never happened. Gary, Charles and their team are amazing! Got into an accident? Have a dent you need fixed? Broke your window? Hello people, Just want to shout out SOS auto body shop. my car got hit in the front passenger side. Gary and his team got my car fixed in a week and a half, very helpful, knowledgable and experience. Recommend you guys here if you need anything bodywork also if you’re looking get your car, you can also take it here as well.

From start to end the experience at sos Autobody is always 10/10. Gary, Charles & their team always make sure my Jeep comes out looking flawless. They helped me get every single damaged part of my jeep that I didn’t even know was damaged after a drunk driver smashed into my parked jeep. Not only was the work perfect but I was in and out faster than anticipated. I don’t have rental coverage so that was really helpful. Thank you again guys, I wouldn’t trust anyone else!! ***bonus; they have a awesome hand-wash right next door, SuperStar AutoSpa, make sure you schedule an appointment cause they’re always packed!

Scratched my bumper on my coupe, everyone else locally wanted to charge $300+ for the fix. Brought it to SOS and they not only resolved my issue for a quarter of the price. But they also did it very fast. The staff was cool and tried every solution to help without overpricing me and screwing me like other body shops. I’m honestly grateful for finding this location.

OMG..I wanted to hurry and post this review before I started my holiday. Some jerk busted out the liftgate window of my 2006 Ford Freestar three weeks ago. I first got a quote from Safelite, was excited to await their arrival, only to discover that Safelite cancelled the appointment one day before the appointment date-(without informing me, mind you)--because they claimed they couldn't find the glass to do the job. After almost falling victim to a scam company and almost giving up hope, I found SOS Auto Body and spoke to Rich. This amazing person was my car SANTA! He found the glass the same day, it arrived to the shop the next day. I brought my car to the shop, I was told that he would be able to have the job done toward the later part of the evening but it would be done the same day. However out of his control the glass installer specialist was not there in a timely fashion. At first, due to whether issues anddue to the fact that they are closed on weekends, Rich told me I wouldn't be able to get the car until after the weekend. He felt so bad, but I was okay to wait as long as the glass could get fixed. Then he called me later that tells me that the job was actually done, but he didn't feel comfortable sending it home with me until the epoxy glue actually set a little better, and I would have to still wait till Monday to get it. It was snowing, and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it until Wednesday because the cold weather was going to be so icy and I'm disabled. But just to show you how this man went above and beyond, his glass installer and the rest of his staff made an arrangement for one of them to come to the shop and open it on its day off just to give me my car so I could have it over the weekend and for the holiday! If I could give ten stars to Rich, Brittany, and the rest of his amazing staff, Brittany--(and especially to the wonderful man named Charles who actually was there to receive us and give me the car today)-- I would do so in a heartbeat! The best I can do is recommend this place with five stars 10 fingers, 10 toes, and a bunch of thank yous times infinity! Unfortunately, I suck at taking pics with my phone and they're always hazy. When my daughter returns, I will add the pics. Thank you SOS Auto Body and Merry Christmas!
