Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. The employees are the most unprofessional workers I have ever had the disgrace of meeting. I called ahead a day in advance to make sure they had the parts I needed, and set an appointment up. I showed up and they had me waiting an hour until they told me they couldn’t install my radio because they didn’t have the parts and that I could go buy them at Best Buy and come back and they would see about installing them. This is the 3rd sour experience I’ve had at this establishment and will never ever come back here again, worst decision I’ve ever made.

The installer didn't know what he was doing. I had a double din radio installed he forgot the Mick and video DVD player playback. Told me he would call me to schedule an appointment to finish install... Still waiting it's been a month! Don't go here for nothing!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! First of all this place rips you off with their “diagnostic”. Not only that but I took my car in to get programed to my key which they did not do and Was charged $75!! I walked out with the same problem I walked in with. They also made a copy of my key for no reason & the copy of the key didn’t even work!! Don’t come here!

I will not recommend this place to no one to take there car work i pay for something and did not get what i pay for i took my car back and the owner give me a attitude cause i was un happy for what i pay for then he look at what they did and he end up telling me that what i ask for can’t be put on my car that i need something else i told him why didn’t you tell me that when i ask i end up paying more for something I didn’t want i ask for my money back he said to me theres two things i pay more to get the problem fix or take my car out off his shop so I don’t recommend taking your car
