Customer had a bad O ring on the power steering pump simple fix 1 Oring but was charged and in stall a new pump the car still had the same problem power steering fluid leak. There is no new management This shop is not what it used to be "new owner" is doing cheap parts and high prices. They don't know mechanical nor technical work and diagnostic on vehicles. Just an inside heads up. The right full owner should have been Mr. John but they scheme up a plan and bought him out. As I learned I questioned my half and came to a conclusion the same will happen to me and I left its not in me to deceive or over change for repair that every vehicle will need.

These guys are awesome! Amazing customer service and quality of work. They were able to fix my Prius Hybrid battery at 1/3 the rate of every other place I called. Cannot recommend enough

John always takes great care of our cars, never over charges me and I can trust that he won't try to pull anything on me because I am a woman. When my car is fixed, it is fixed, no having to go back and have it looked at again. I truly trust this place. He has even told me when to go take it back to the dealer for them to fix (dealer paid) and not charged me anything. Respect and great business.

These guys are legit. They diagnosed my car's problem quickly, recommended a solution, quoted it, and then worked with me on my odd schedule to get it done as fast as possible. Previously, they treated my grandmother the same way—that's why I went to them. Real stand up guys with wonderful attitudes.
