I highly recommend South Bay Collision. They did a phenomenal job repairing my car. The staff is amazing and I can’t say enough of how they made the whole process so much easier. My initial contact was with Elle and she helped guide me through the whole process, from talking with the insurance company to securing a rental car. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I also spoke with Vinny and Chris and they assured me that they would address all my concerns and make my car as good as new…..and they did! South Bay’s customer service is one of the best I’ve ever experienced.

I am so impressed with the South Bay Collision. I stopped by to have them look at my driver's side door that got away from me with a strong wind gust. The result was that the door was no longer lining up to the body of the car and had a small chip in the paint. I expected to hear that I would need a new door. Instead they were able to do some work in the shop and fixed the problem and the chip on the spot and without a charge. I am so pleased to let others know of their kindness and would highly recommend. I have had other repairs done here but a very long time ago and there was no way they knew that I was already a customer. They are just that way...a great business.
