Drove from Stockton to San Jose to retrieve a vehicle with engine knocking and no oil after going from San Jose to Stockton, was told I had to call chp and get forms to release my car, and when I spoke to the sergeant of PD he said all I needed was proof of beneficiary which I had available and was told the driver said no. Do not call them.

I went to retrieve my truck and everything was stolen out of it my work tools, my stereo system, everything. Then was told that they are not responsible. I'm sorry but my girlfriend worked at a tow company, and yes the are responsible for their drivers 100%. So I got ripped off for about $2000 worth of personal belongings, not to mention the way over priced storage fees they charge. And when I asked for the drivers info the lady withheld all tell information and was acting totally sketchy like she was hiding something.

Did you really tow a stroke victim's car from her personal spot, where her business is? Are you really asking for $1000, but willing to settle for $500? She's still in the hospital!! That's pretty low!!!

This company stole all electronics left in the truck including my Apple magnetic charging cable. And they intentionally marked poor for all items regarding my truck condition even when my was under 6000 miles, so they don’t have to be responsible for any of their careless handling. Stay away.
