I wish I could give 0 stars The intake female was nasty and condescending And gave me the run around. I bought a rocky ridge from this dealership and the service has been fine from day one with them as well as previous rams. They begin to tell me we can’t see your history but you never had free oil changes. I insist that they are wrong and it should reflect in my notes. I was also told that I needed to bring the rocky ridge back to them for periodic torque specs and oil changes. I get the old… that old manager is gone and he should not have promised you that. I explained that it didn’t matter who was the manager you should continue doing what was agreed. She said are you going to let me finish… I said no I’m not I can see where you are going with this. The manager Scott comes in and gives me the same run around I explained that the old manager Ben had given me when I bought the truck free oil changes and torque adjustments. He said according to the computer you never had oil changes here. I then wondered how he could see the past on the computer of which she did not have that ability He said he can see much more than her. I said good you should then see in April they did the oil change with my torque adjustments and he said you never had it done here. I got upset because now your calling me a Liar I said then how did the engine light go out you reset it after you did it last time. He said it’s an oil indicator light. Very condescending and confrontational I will take this to corporate. Very sad because I used to enjoy taking my trucks here. Not going to go far in a business that deals with customers all day and you speak this way

Review I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this dealership’s service department. Bree, the service advisor, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked a simple question about the diagnostic fee, she responded with a nasty attitude and even accused me of being rude. To make matters worse, she told me not to come back, which is shocking behavior for someone in a customer service role. On top of that, Bree had scheduled this appointment for me over a month ago, specifically on a Saturday. When I arrived, she informed me that my car couldn’t be serviced because the warranty company was closed. This lack of preparation and communication was highly frustrating and unprofessional. As a result, I will not be returning to this dealership for any future service. I’ve also decided to share my experience with others in the car community to ensure they can make informed decisions about where to seek service. If you value professionalism and respect, I suggest looking elsewhere for your automotive needs.

I visited this dealership to address a tire/rim issue covered by my protection contract. Despite clearly explaining the situation and providing documentation, the service advisor refused to listen, repeatedly stating they "couldn't" assist. After leaving the dealership, I noticed a warning message on my dashboard indicating a turn signal malfunction. While the signals themselves appeared to be working, I inquired with a staff member who had previously connected a device to my car. Instead of offering assistance, the advisor became defensive and dismissive, stating it was "my problem." A subsequent phone call from another staff member confirmed the repair could be done, but required me to leave the vehicle. Given the initial dismissive attitude, the subsequent unexplained dashboard warning, and the lack of accountability, I am extremely hesitant to entrust my vehicle to this dealership for further service. The combination of poor customer service and potential vehicle issues makes me unable to recommend this business.

My experience at South Shore Jeep was beyond disappointing. The service advisor, Bree, was incredibly disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely lacked basic customer service skills. She even had the audacity to tell me not to come back! I emailed the service manager about the issue, but I never received a response. It’s clear that neither the management nor the dealership’s ownership cares about their customers. This level of disregard is unacceptable. I will be reaching out to Chrysler Corporate to escalate this issue, as it’s evident this dealership does not value its customers or uphold professional standards.

Where do I begin. I guess I begin with the decline in service. I've been coming to have my car serviced here since 2021. The service was great but now they treat you like you are begging them for something. I bought the top extended warranty through Mopar when the manufacturers warranty expired. However, this didn't matter. I had to fight to have my warranty acknowledged and waited three months to have my radio replaced. The radio controls everything from the temperature to the backup camera. They never have any loaner cars, so you have to rely on Uber if you need to leave your car for more than a day. The last repair which was yesterday 12/16/2024 took only one day despite them insisting I would need to leave my car for two days. I don't think anyone there knows what they are doing and it's quite scary. I really wish I had another option, but I'm stuck since I have the extended warranty that requires me to use Jeep service centers. The one in Brooklyn near to Kings Plaza is also no good. I will never buy another Jeep because the service is so bad especially after the original warranty has ended.
