Brought the car in expecting the worst. Service advisor Peter checked to see if the repairs would be covered under warranty, which they were. They got the car fixed fast. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a repair. In and out quick and the people were all friendly. Peter is awesome and makes you feel like you're in good hands. The guy deserves a promotion, in my opinion. Highly recommended.

The valet at the service area was quick to come and find out what I needed and was very helpful. The service desk guy was friendly and helpful. He offered me some optional things and when I wasn't prepared to pay that they gave me a discount on the optional service which I decided to do. The initial wait for the recall was very long, but the additional service that I paid for was fairly quick as he promised it would be. Waiting room was very clean and comfortable. The payment desk lady was wonderful as well. I would definitely go back to this location.

Brought my car in here for engine issues and thought this was going to be the longest process ever. Peter was so helpful and communicated throughout the entire process and answered my questions when I came to pick up the car. All the staff here are so professional and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Will definitely be coming here more for services. Thank you again for a smooth service

RUN DONT WALK AWAY from this service center. We brought our brand new Tucson in for a service check and noticed that our air bag light was on. They “ran diagnostics” and sent us home. Literally on the turn out of the parking lot the light came back on. We were instructed that we could not drive the car, “if you get into an accident none of your airbags will deploy” but we’re told to come back next week and drop the car back off. Once we did, they did not give us a loaner and told us they would call us, no calls for 3 days without a loaner. I ended up calling and Tiffany was able to get us a loaner vehicle. I truly feel that if I did not call, we would have never gotten a loaner. The job took 2 full weeks and they never called to update us on anything. The only call we received was once to tell us “a part came in” and it was still an entire week to fix the car. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Do NOT bring your car here.

I have been here 3 times for the same issue. Each time I have an appointment, they tell me to come back another day. First, they don't have the part. the second time, they forgot to order the part. The 3rd time, they didn't have time to install the part even though I had arrived for my morning appointment. I am still being told to come back another day for a 4th visit. Peter is friendly and helpful, but this shop needs to get itself organized. What's the point of an appointment if you can't keep it. Edited after service I was finally given a courtesy vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. It took an extra day after the estimated repair date, but overall, I'm just happy to get my car fixed and returned. 1 star to 3 🌟
