So we purchased a 2019 Mitsubishi eclipse cross from south shore Mitsubishi. The heat went out and it needed parts. Alex got the parts quickly and efficiently without it being overly costly!! Very happy with Alex and the team at South Shore Mitsubishi Service!!

A wonderful place of professional Mitsubishi clerks and mechanics, who are very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a pleasant professional experience without the upsell of stuff I don't really need. I will utilize this location for all my Mitsubishi needs. The price is worth the service rendered.

Out of the whole Queens and Long Island area, this is probably the best service place! Not gonna lie I've been to every single dealer from Queens to Long Island, seriously. They actually take care of you. Tell them your issue and they'll take you for a ride and let you describe it. IF the issue actually shows they'll try their best to fix it. I've been to so many dealers about my struts and how that clunk sound just randomly shows up and every dealer either tells me "sorry we don't have the time today" or "unable to replicate issue" this dealer goes theu every possible outcome to make that problem come out and tries their best! Other dealer charged me 20 something dollars when I had the whole oil change and tire rotation package deal and ONLY did oil change then there was 112 mitsu who charged me the whole dollar amount for oil change because i forgot to bring that paper without having a care in the world! This place did both and only changed me what was necessary ONLY 14.95 BECAUSE THE PACKAGE COVERED WHATEVER AMOUNT. OH PRAISE THE LORD A SERVICE WHO DOES THEIR JOB AND ACTUALLY CARES!

After having me wait 6 hours at that place, and then telling me to take the car to the Toyota dealership, which still has warranty to after having paid $3,000 to Mitsubishi them for the warranty, which forced me to buy it, even though my car is under warranty with Toyota. I could say that they are the worst, and the worst experience I have ever had. I can't even give them one star. I could say that they scammed me with that supposed guarantee that does not exist.

Best place in town to get my outlander service, always very flexible with the schedule and the staff members are very welcoming. So far so good no issues.
