I’ve had multiple great experiences here, but today was truly the best. I needed more work than I had originally thought on my car and had to rush to the shop to pick up my car seats to pick my kids up from school. I was overwhelmed, and Christian ran me out to go get the car seats. He offered to help me bring them to my car, but before he could another man working on my car said he would hurry up just to make sure I didn’t have to stress! He was done in less than 15 minutes. From reception to actual service, 10/10. Thank you to everyone!!!

Service at South Shore Nissan is amazing - Frank was super nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff - Gave me a ride to work - Kept me informed And one of the few dealerships that doesn’t try to rip you off - South Shore Nissan is absolutely the best dealership on Long Island!!!! Highly recommend them.

Frank is and was great! His customer service in handling my mom’s car was a style of professionalism like he was part of my family. His communication was soft spoken, comforting and transparent. Without a doubt he is an asset to the Nissan Service Center!
