I had an outstanding experience at this tire shop! I left my car for tires and brakes, had a walk distance to my home so it was very convenient. The service was Quick, efficient and professional. Matt, in particular, was remarkable, his positive energy and friendly attitude made the entire process so much better. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone in need of excellent tire services! Family owned and operated is aways my priority. Thank you see you soon for next service.

I would not recommend anyone to go here take your car somewhere else for service, because they lack customer service to certain people The guy in there with the long hair has a very rude and condescending attitude and spoke to me as if I was a incompetent child . I Tried to ask him a few questions but his tone was very harsh. I wish I could give them zero stars but that wasn’t a option there are many other service shops around that knows how to treat their customers it’s not about the money it’s about how you make people feel when they have a great customer experience .

I have been coming here for years. I take all my cars here for service and modifications. They are great people and do amazing work. It's hard to find a nice auto shop with honest people that are friendly and willing to work with you. I have been to shops all over Nassau County even the city area and NJ. I still keep coming back to Andy and Terry. I don't trust many mechanics with my cars because most of the time they will take it for a joy ride around the block or bring it home etc, but after being a loyal customer for many years I trust them and know that they're honest people. I have a C63AMG and a 335xi they've been doing the services on both my cars for years. When I decided to modify my C63 with full exhaust and tune I had them installed here. Ran into some complications with the exhaust because the system was a bit complicated and there were no instructions for the wiring and valves, but they did their job and figured it out. They did an amazing job! I recommend all my friends and family to go there. A lot of my friends go to them as well with their cars. Give them a chance and I promise you won't regret it!

The service was very quick. Matt was great to work with. Explained to me every detail and had my car worked on very fast. I arrived at 12:30 and already leaving at 12:45 including payment
