I’ve been using these guys for almost 10 years. primarily because of convenience and their location. They work for the Newport Beach police department and will tow your car and hold it hostage as long as they possibly can to rack up the biggest bill possible even if you’re a long time return customer. They will not work with you in anyway and are overpriced anyways so you can do better and find someone cheaper who doesn’t take advantage of people. Do not go here under any circumstance! They need to learn!!!!!!!!!

This is absolutely the most horrible, unethical tow shop. The overcharge to pick it up. They overcharged the day fees. Also they scratch my vehicle and are trying to say they did not. I take really good care of my car and I know every bit of damage on it. They are shady and will take responsibility. If you personally need tow job. Do not come here.

#Check out the reply, no help. "We do accept credit cards" he says. No help whatsoever. Our car got impounded for no registration. We've been able to go to every single agency that we owe money to including the DMV the toll roads everybody has been helpful because we are on county assistance and also unemployed. Now the tow yard will not give us any type of discount, no payment plan they are simply in for the money and do not want to help anyone in any case. There is no sympathy or empathy from here. No compassion. Very saddening. Lost our Yukon. #LifesGreat

I honestly think that if you going to get towed, Southside Tow is the company that is the most honest and reliable Tow company in the area.! They won't go through your belongings in the vehicle, and the office staff is really nice and straightforward.
