I gave them specific instructions for the pick up and drop off of my unit at the dealership. The driver called me asking questions as if nothing had been relayed to him. I then reiterated the directions to him, although my guess is he didn't understand a word I said. Then none of the directions for drop off were followed. I called and received the lamest excuses. Will not ever be using them again and suggest you don't waste your time either.

I am so grateful for these guys. They are so professional. My car was stuck in a garage and no other company could get it out. These guys pushed it to the exit and pulled it up the ramp. They know exactly how to help. They’re the best!

If I could give zero stars i would. After 45 mins with my car running and the keys locked in a man showed up in a Tesla demanding $179 plus emergency fees totally over 200 to just Jimmy a lock ..he left me begging in the rain w my kid..I only have 100 plz sir..nope he took off in a huff. Me crying. Then his boss called back saying he'd fix the situation and send a driver..so I wait..nope no one ever showed up. Wow ..I'd net ever recommend this company in a million years..horrible rip off artists and rude as hell

They were very communicative, and the man who helped jumpstart my battery was super easygoing. I couldn't think of a more transparent company to help with my battery last minute. Would recommend!
