Before anything I’d like to thank Ashley for everything! She talked me through the entire process. I was very clueless because I had never had to deal with this before. She explained everything about the insurance process and what I needed to do. I’d like to thank the rest of the team for fixing my car! You guys did an amazing job! First off, Ashley is phenomenal! She also has the best southern accent! She was so friendly and helpful and the body shop people made my mom-mobile look brand new! My hubby got a deer and you can’t even tell! They handled everything from start to finish!

These people are awesome. Constant updates and good customer service. This is the first time I've needed to use my insurance and they were transparent and helped me through the process. I only have good words for them from my experience. For context, I hit a deer at 45 mph. Attached is a before and after of their professional work. Everyone told me it was going to be a nightmare but Spartanburg Collision proved them wrong. If it happens again I know where I'm going. Big shout-out to Ashley for amazing and thoughtful customer service.
