First off, the owner of Spectrum Mobile Mechanic is one of the most ethical and honest mechanics we have ever used. He not only arrived on time, spent his time working, cleaned up afterwords, but also, let us know when something was beyond what he could help us with. His rates are extremely fair (he doesnt have the overhead of a brick and mortar shop), he is personable and explained everything in a respectful way. We would recommend him ESPECIALLY if you have a BMW (his specialty) but even if you don't he will let you know if he can help you when he comes out to diagnose your problem.

Call Thiago with spectrum mobile mechanic. Honest , competitive pricing, extremely talented Did I mention honest Not only did he not charge me for a diagnostic, he didn't do the job, he could have wanted to charge me 1500 like the other dishonest guys, but no!! . He is trained BMW mechanic and said, "this is going to be covered under a recall warranty, even though my car has 80k miles on it. Hard to believe, he could have charged me, didn't to save me money? Doesn't make sense right. He wants to build long term clients by doing the right thing, in heard of right? He called a connection at a local dealership, lo and behold my car is being fixed for free, including additional services being done with it at his request. Again even though I did not spend a dime with him, My car is being fixed for free and he still followed up made sure my car is in good hands and getting fixed !!

I recently had the brakes on my 2017 Toyota Sienna replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Tiago did an outstanding job—he was professional, efficient, and thorough. He made sure everything was done right, and my car feels great on the road now. I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of brake work or car maintenance. Awesome mobile service! Thiago was very friendly. He was able to explain the whole process to me. I had an oil leak with my BMW oil filter housing gasket and he went above and beyond expectations. Thiago gave very fair prices and even washed the oil from my alternator and undercarriage when other shops would have charged extra for that. I will be using Thiago for any car related issues in the future. Highly recommend!

Very responsive, super friendly and reasonable. I called Saturday morning (9AM) needing a battery change by 1PM and was able to get connected immediately. Unfortunately he had two jobs already scheduled but told me he’d provide updates within the hour if he’d be able to make it. I was luckily able to get a new battery and install it but still ran into issues so I called back asking if he could still stop by. Based on my description of the issue, he was not sure it would be fixable without reprogramming my fob but offered to come by to assess the situation. If he was able to diagnose and fix my car, I would pay the diagnostic fee ($130) and for any repairs but if he wasn’t able to fix the problem, I’d only pay a fraction ($40) for his time. We did end up resolving the issue before he was able to see the car but I wanted to pay the $40 for his consultation and to help cover the mileage for driving halfway over. He politely declined! Furthermore, his quote for the new battery + installation was comparable to the price of a new battery at the Honda dealership. Overall really pleasant to work with and extremely patient with car owners with minimal knowledge about car maintenance.
