I check in at 1:25 2-1-2025 today to oil change but the mechanic broke it the oil panel they don't even deserve 0 star avoid this truck stop

Bruce the shop Manager and Dam the General Manager wouldn't fix a glad hand that they had replaced about 9 days ago at another Love’s and it broke I was told to cone on buy and as long as I had the receipt no problem but when I got their they quickly went into all kind of possibilities on why it broke mind you I have a reefer so I couldn't have backed into it im driving a 2019 Freightliner with the excess air wings so believe me if you turn to hard like they suggested your definitely going to lose or at least Crack the wings none of that is evident it was all good until they saw my face because I have a account with Love’s use your imagination on this theor not good people

Poor excuse for a shop. Called at 12:15pm and asked if they had anyone that could do AC repair. Was told yes come on down. Even told the man on the phone I was driving down from Mason Michigan an hour and a half away. He said “no problem, we’ll get you in.” Make the drive, go check in to get told “We don’t have anybody that can do ac work today. One star is one too many.

What a nice place!! Tried to replace the red airline to the trailer myself, but couldn't do it with my own tools. After i tried first at TA in Dexter MI, which wasn't interested to help i came here and Bruce and his guys jump immediately in and solved my problem with no hesitation! That's why i love Loves and Speedco, the best and friendliest people on the road!!!! Thank you guys, you saved my day, you got my fullest appreciation! Thank you!

Had ABS problems a few days back and one of the lead mechanics Dillon did great work on getting me back on the road, electrical issues can be problematic and he found the issue even fixed a few other things. This shop is doing awesome altogether 👍
