I had an extremely disappointing experience at this repair shop. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold and unfriendly staff who seemed irritated at the world. The so-called "specialists" scattered, leaving one poor guy to struggle alone with disassembling super single wheels. Despite being assured at the front desk that my truck would be serviced in 40 minutes, the entire process dragged on for two hours. A significant portion of that time was wasted as employees aimlessly wandered around, showing zero urgency or concern for my time. Owner-operators, take note—this is a place to avoid. The staff, seemingly secure in their paychecks, have no regard for professionalism, efficiency, or customer service. If you value your time and expect a business to operate with basic courtesy and competence, look elsewhere.

Full PM service (oil change), not what it was before! Since they merged with Loves everything changed here. They don’t have enough people in service and they are extremely slow! Got in the bay right away and guy was finishing other truck, but after 2 hours of time waist they told me that there was only one person there and he had to go to lunch! Extremely bad service, one person for oil change at one of the busiest place like this is a shame. Had to leave without getting my service done. Disrespectful

Talk about busy!! Stopped to have a tire replaced and was told upfront that they were short-handed, and unfortunately, the wait would be 2-3 hours.. appreciated the upfront honesty and professionalism! Thank God I had 34 hours to waste! 🤣

Came three times within a week for the trailer airbag not inflating. First time they said the only issue was air tank and replaced it. Second time after couple days they said that it was a valve. Third time we came back they said it might be something different and asked to go the better shop to figure it out. They still wanted to charge for third time. Avoid

They work way slow as they spend two to three hours on a tire repair or a tire change I’ll do it in 20 minutes. Common people work smart but it also needs to be hard and quick
